Rob is a founding principal of the national mortgage banking company U.S. Realty Capital and head of USRC Hospitality. As Principal, Rob directs USRC Hospitality’s overall operations from the initial client contact to the final closing. He is committed to providing all of his clients with creative capital solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

An invaluable component in initiating and nurturing strong lender and client relationships, Rob provides the utmost personal attention and professional service to ensure the successful financing of his clients’ projects. Rob specializes in hotel financing and has closed loans across the country. Financing requests for his clients have included equity, mezzanine, construction, long-term debt and joint venture transactions. Rob’s success is attributed to his in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and his nationwide lender relationships. Through these relationships, Rob and USRC Hospitality are able to provide our clients with access to the most competitive loan programs in the country.

Rob attained his B.A. in economics from Hobart College where he also graduated as the college’s #2 all-time leading scorer in basketball. Following Hobart, Rob went on to play basketball professionally in Italy and the United States, and coached at the collegiate level for three years. Rob holds an MBA from East Carolina University.
